Employers, employees, CPAs and other business and employment lawyers have for years drawn on my expertise in ERISA, the deeply technical federal law that governs private sector employee benefit plans. I make ERISA, and the equally complicated tax law relating to executive compensation, accessible to those who come to me in need of professional assistance.
