ABOUT ATTORNEY TIM KLIMPL
For more than 13 years in private practice in New York and Connecticut, I have worked to get clients results in the areas of employee benefits, executive compensation and employment law. Whether counseling a public company or an executive employee, I make your matter my matter. Employers, employees, CPAs and other business and employment lawyers have for years drawn on my expertise in ERISA, the deeply technical federal law that governs private sector employee benefit plans. I make ERISA, and the equally complicated tax law relating to executive compensation, accessible to those who come to me in need of professional assistance.
Please check out my Services page for a description of the work that I regularly perform for clients, and contact me if you believe I may be of assistance to you.
I look forward to speaking with you and learning about how I may help.
